Groupe Atlantic, leader in thermal comfort, has completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Thermic Energy, a manufacturer of buffer and sanitary hot water tanks, to strengthen its industrial capacities in Germany in a fast-growing market. This is the second transaction advised by FDC for Groupe Atlantic in Germany this year.
