Prior to joining RECOF in 1998, Majima has been engaged in securities analysis for non-Japanese institutional investors and financing for companies and public entities outside Japan at one of the major Japanese securities firms.
He has been involved in cross-border M&As for over 20 years at RECOF, with extensive experience in “Out-In” (non-Japanese multinationals buying Japanese companies) and “In-Out” (Japanese companies buying overseas companies) transactions.
