Ricardo Pérez Vas

Mr. Pérez Vas joined the firm in 1997 and has more than 15 years of experience in the investment banking industry. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pérez Vas was general manager of Compañía Mexicana de Naipes (Grupo Miguel Galas Impresores), a company dedicated to marketing and processing printed material for the leisure and games industry. Previously, he was marketing and operations manager at Reproscaner, a mid‑sized company focused on electronic pre‑press and color separation services for the media, publicity and consumer product industries. Mr. Pérez has previously been member of the faculty at the graduate program in Corporate Finance at ITAM and ITESM, where he thought courses in Mergers and Aqcuisitions, Financial Engineering, and Valuation.
