Monica H. Carvalho

Managing partner since 2013, Mônica brings solid experience in investor relations and broad access to companies and funds, both in Brazil and abroad. In her career, she has participated in more than 80 projects, either on the buyer or seller side, consolidating her recognition in M&A. She has a strong expertise being a director of listed companies, where she evaluated and participated in more than 20 company acquisitions. She has also worked for large corporations, including Louis Dreyfus, Claro and Whirlpool. She is a board member of medium-sized companies, with double certification from the IBGC.
