M&A Assistant Manager at Cooper Parry Corporate Finance
Matt joined Cooper Parry in 2020 where he trained as a chartered accountant in the Tech and High Growth team, working with scale-up Venture Capital and PE backed businesses. In early 2023 Matt moved into the Corporate Finance team where he advises clients on mid-market M&A deals across the Technology, Healthcare and Business Services sectors. Matt is an ICAEW chartered accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield.
