Martin Green, Head of the Financial Institutions Group, joined Zeus Capital in 2015.
Prior to his appointment, Martin has held positions at Canaccord, Cenkos, NewSmith Capital and Merrill Lynch in different roles both on the buy and sell side (Corporate finance and broking, private equity and business development, investment research, specialist sales both in mid-cap and large cap).
Throughout his career he has focused on the financial services sector; covering all of its subsectors (including banks, consumer finance, insurance underwriters/brokers, assurance, asset management, securities/FX/futures broking, IFAs, FIG support services, mortgage brokers/services; estate agency services/portals, fintech including AI, payment platforms) in both in the private and public markets. Martin has been involved in many IPOs, other primary capital raises and M&A over the years, and is currently lead adviser to five listed companies (AIM and full listings).
