Jordan joined Zeus in 2015 having qualified as a chartered accountant at EY. He has over 13 years’ experience advising on both public and private M&A transactions and IPOs. Jordan is Head of Zeus’ consumer team and recently advised Strix Group plc on its acquisition of Billi, and Poundstretcher on its sale to Fortress private equity.
