Anthony Delfre provides expertise in real estate advisory services, for which he has closed on more than $500 million in transactions over the last 6 years. Anthony has over 22 years experience in the financial services industry, where he began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1991, and thereafter held positions with various leading financial institutions.
In 2007, Anthony formed his own business and real estate consulting firm, which provided advisory services to real estate owners and developers looking to raise debt/equity capital. The business also focused on analysis of grants, incentives and tax credits; and coordination of professionals engaged in a project’s needs including legal, accounting, general contracting, etc.
In 2011, Anthony merged his practice into Brown Gibbons Lang & Company Real Estate Advisors.
